Some Tigers were looking for members to join Scarlet Monestary some time ago... here is what that led to in guildchat. Oh and ill warn ya...fuzzy was drunk so... for the youngsters just...look away :D

So the story behind these pictures is that I died and did a corpserun back to my body. Unfortunatly I died very close to a cliff and as i tried to reach my body i fell over the edge! I landed on a spike and had a great view over the valley - but I wasnt looking forward to that very long corpserun i had to do all the way back !

Why didnt i just spirit ress ffs. What a waste of time. Needles to say i was more carefull the second time i tryed reaching my body and i finally manage to ress.

While we are at it i might aswell share a little troll trouble i had in Shattrath yesterday:

[Picture 1]: Hindenburg was a German zepp, the biggest aircraft ever build at the time. Unfurtunatly it burned up and crashed in 1937 ! So i dunno if i feel save on the zep from undercity to Ogrimmar to be honest..

[Picture 2]: Floyd Pinkus is obviously named after the British rockgroup Pink Floyd who had their breakthrough in the 60ies. I guess there must be a fan amongst the Blizzard employees :)

[Picture 3]: The ruffian in Lower City, Shattrath has a named very close to the old cowboy Dirty Harriy played by Clint Eastwood !

[Picture 4]: This creature in Unguro Crater called "Blazerunner" could be a reference to the movie "Bladerunner" directed by Ridley Scott back in 1982?

[Picture 5]: Another easter egg found in Unguro Crater is this gal with a name close to the old puppet show called Fraggle Rock which was a kids TV series back in the 80ies. She looks a bit like one of the puppets even. Aww those were the good days ^^

If theres one thing we are good at in Tiger it is to have fun in guildchat! Sometimes you have to do borring grinding to get something and then its a blessing to be entertained by your guildies in the chat.

I've also been told from people who has left Tiger (traitors!) and come back, that they missed the guildchat ^^ So make no mistake - i really think its awesome that people wanna chat together. And here comes the "but"-part (okay...that came out wrong).

There is nothing more frustrating when someone decides to take up all the space in the chat without really saying anything. Lemme give you a made up example:

[Mijo]: omg this is so crazy
[Mijo]: really imba mage in wsg
[Mijo]: :D
[Mijo]: its like
[Mijo]: no fair even!

See what i mean? This could have been boiled down to one or two sentences easily. And its not just me who think its annoying, so now im putting it on the blog in hopes that people will understand how this way of typing can mess up your guildmembers head :S

3. Kiaras and Zaigerne came home from a week of skeeing with no broken limps! Now thats some true Tigers!

4. Tiger had a succesful run to Westfall ;)

5. Lucifre has turned out to be quite a smart young man

6. Mijo's pc is working again! Thanks to Naarman and brother Harmless :D

7. Bullup is not the same person as Bullus... *sigh* ^^

8. Perun has been spottet online - is our old leader back?

9. We have a new section on the forum for all basic guildinfo - ment for newcommers and forgetfull souls ;)

10. Furonda turned lvl 70 - wuhu!

11. Bullus made a note to himself reminding him not to throw away his mining pick. Just like Fayne would like to warn skinners about not selling your skinning knife...

When we were on our storynight raid to Westfall there was suddenly a Troll that showed up to tell us that we were bad people cause Zapda apparently had killed a lvl 10 three times that night. He said that he was the gnome who got killed so he must have had 2 accounts i guess and he was very offended. Turned out he used to be in Tiger but left because he thought we sucked in Kara!?

Now this is a pvp server so Tigers has no rules about killing lowbies, but as ive said before i dont think its cool. However on these kind of events where we go out to war with the alliance it seems kinda weird sparring any and even i help killing lvl 50ies for example. But even when we meet a lvl 70 its no fair, cause he will be outnumbered. So you cant really think like that when you go out on a raid like this. And lets be real, its not like we do this every day so im sure the world will survive. I dont think we are known for ganking or killing lowbies like the famous Goon Squad for example.

Before this troll started yelling that Tiger sucks (cause then i was really through with him) i tried explaining him these things and then i got his reason why he was so horrified by our little raid. He told me he used to kill every ally he met on his way, but 2 days earlier he started an alliance and now he couldnt kill them anymore! I told him he was like a alcoholic that just recently turned sober and now hated all who had a sip of alcohol.

Yes, it get upset too when im outnumbered by allies and get killed, BUT it is a pvp server and i think it would be rather boring without it. Also its a game, dont people fight unfair in games like CS also? So i can live with myself going nuts a couple of time a year and no troll can convince me its wrong on a server that was ment for this kind of thing.

I have one request though: When someone acts childish like this and yell bad things about Tiger please dont go to his lvl. You can reply with a sense of humor to it, but having a whole guild screaming back just doesnt look good - makes us look like a bunch of spoiled kids. So however much people that for some irrational reason (cause thats the only kinda reason there is for this) hate Tiger, please dont make it worse than it is. One thing is to kill alliance, another thing is to attacking someone with a different oppinion :)

Now go kill some allys..thats an order ;)
