Class specific armor upgrade!
... helping guild members to dump less hard earned gold into AH profiteer's pockets.
When you get close to level 60, most of the people start gathering parts of their class-specific set (Tier 0). As of 1.10, Tier 0 armor can be transformed into Tier 0.5 by finishing a series of quests - that off course takes quite a sum of money if you try buying each part in the auction house. This thread will briefly explain what you have to do to gather components for the quests, and who inside our guild can make the things for you, once you gather all the components of course. It will be a progress - report style of guide, as I will be adding info, as I'm finishing parts of the quest myself.
1 - You need to raid Stratholme, Sholomance and Upper Blackrock Spire to get the parts of the Tier 0 set.
2 - Once you have the armor, you need to talk to an orc in Thrall's chamber in Orgrimmar, to initiate the quests. You need to have the bracers for this part. He will tell you to go to Silithus and gather 15 Venom Samples from the spiders and scorpions just outside the Cenarion Hold. Drop rate is good and you will finish it in no time. Go back to the orc, you have to pay 20g and he upgrades your bracers.
3 - In folowup to the former quest you get to go to Gadgetzan-Tanaris, where you get a quest to gather the following items
edit: added names of our members that can make you one of the parts - you have to bring the raw materials of course.
1x Delicate Arcanite Converter - Nurgs
........1 x Arcanite Bar - Voda
..................... 1 x Thorium Bar
..................... 1 x Arcane Crystal
........1 x Ironweb Spider Silk
4 x Greater Eternal Essence
10 x Stonescale Oil - Voda, Zaigerne
25 x Volcanic ashes
40 Gold
