Initiative!

... or how do you help things get a kickstart.

Currently Tiger has arround 80 members. That is not a small and not a large number, in fact in my opinon it is "just enough" to stay manageable and friendly without having to go to extra definitions of rules and regulations to keep things under control. For now we will try sticking to this number and see how it works out. We have arround 10 players that have attained level 60, most of the others in the 20-40 zone. I hope most of you reach the level cap - at your own pace. If we manage to keep the current online ratio of arround 10-15+ Tigers online, we are in a decent spot when you 20-40 guys hit the 60 number, as that is a number that we will be able to do number of things on day-to-day basis without help outside the alliance. We will also be able to mount raids to Zul Gurub without serious effort to get enough people, as we do now, and then we know we are on a good route to even higher instances.

However, Tiger is not and never will be a pure raiding, or pure-anything guild, as long as I'm in charge of things. There is PvP, RP ... lots of things that we can do on day to day basis without having to do the same thing over and over. Key is, that YOU have to have initiative in things if you want them to happen. If you get a great idea, and want it to happen, just get on with it. Think, plan, organise - and don't be dissapointed if it fails the first time arround. 80 members - 5% of you - 4 players - decide to act uppon a great idea, something will be happening EVERY single weekend. Do not wait for things to happen on their own, cause most likely they won't. Act - initiate - do things. We need doers. There are plenty of thinkers everywhere - abundance of them. People who know or think they know how things "should be done". We got enough of them. We need doers. People that want to get their hands dirty. People not affraid of getting blisters. People that don't need things pointed out. Real tigers we need. People that stand their ground and push forward no matter what.
