Looking forward

... when XP stops flowing.

If you play the game more or less serious you are sooner or later hit a wall called Level 60, when everything, or most of the things you based your everyday gameplay just stop dead. No more xp and no more that little bar that slowly raises with every killed mob and with every finished quest. You still do quests, but only for reputation or some nice rewards, and that in the end doesnt bring you any new levels and new skills. It is far from being over though. The only big difference is that while before that moment the xp bar pulled you forward even when you were bored, it happens no more. YOU have to set your OWN goals to achieve and slowly crawl towards them.

Huge part of WoW happens after you hit 60, but you have to work to be able to experience it. First time we went to Zul'Gurub I realised that these bosses and these encounters are nothing like the ones we met before.

Since the beginning Tiger has never aimed to be a hardcore raiding guild, but we want to be "up there" and do the things. Good equipment (epics) are not and will never be a goal itself at least on guild level (although you can make it your personal goal), they will be only means that will allow us to thread into more dangerous places. Goal always was, and still is - to have fun in a group of friends. Most of us work and have other obligations, and having another work in wow that you actually pay to do is out of the question. We want to go to most strange and amazing places, and kill the most amazing and dangerous creatures, and in the end brag about it!.

Every member of Tiger needs to improve himself, set his own goals, get better in doing what he does because there is ALWAYS room for improvement in whatever it is you do. Your fellow guildie next to you in that next big fight will count on you to do it good, and you will feel great after you succeed in doing it, and you will feel great when, after a tough and long battle, after months of preparation, everything is dead, and we stand over the body of that dangerous boss that we were trying, and failing to kill for some time, and you will be able to say WE'RE GOOD!

So that is one of the dirrections you can think of after you hit the 60 mark. You have other options also, with RP, PvP, whatever rocks your boat and allows you to have fun. Tiger will never in any way restrict it's members. You just have to realise that whatever you decide to do, you will need to work on it, and work on it for some time, but the joy of success will be that much greater afterwards.
