Wowplotter!
When you go to Thottbott, you cant always count on screenshots of maps with the destination of your quest, nor will you always find good descriptions of where the quest is to be done. You can always find the cords though, which is nice if you use those. However for us who don't, we often have to spend a lot of time finding out ourselves (gees, does that mean we actually have to play the game as it was intended??)
Theres a lot of talk going on on Thottbot on why people are stupid enough to not use cords and im not trying to start one of those debates here. We all have different ways of playing, using different addons and some just don't use any at all. Its up to yourself to decide how you like to play and its very rude to call people idiots just cause they dont have the addons you like.
Well my point of this post was to let all those who dont use cords know that theres hope! If you need the location of something in a quest - forget Thottbot for a moment and try out http://www.wowplotter.com/! The site shows you where the quest items can be found on a wowmap and its easy piecy from there! Check out the photo if you are having trouble getting started.
And if you are sitting out there now thinking "Pfft this site is old news" - then shame on your for not sharing that information! :p

All they do is spam in comments on sites, sleazy advertising gimmick. The site screams "My first web page", they need some real developers working on that site.

Yes thank you for helping confirm my knowlege of the situation. I am from Thottbot, that is how I know that they spammed the comment system and tried circumventing the bans in order to continue spamming.
The only comments made on ANY of the database sites by the owner of this site are purely to spam his sleazy links.

Funny that your Thottbot boys had no issues at all with all of the other spammed links, like wowlocator, curse, etc .... There are hundreds of those too .... I guess this was the first one which represented a real threat to its user base, and so Thottbot resorted to its amateur tactics of bashing the site in as many places as possible ... Probably why wowhead is swiftly becoming way more popular than Thott, its not run by a bunch of cocky teenagers ...

Oh, and if you are so concerned with spam, why don't you try something intelligent like using the visual text entry system that, I dunno, *every freaking website* in the last 4 years has used to prevent it. I guess that would require actual programming knowledge on Thottbot's part though, and not a cheap hodgepodge of mysql and css, and luck of the draw on a large user base. But then, what would I know, I use wowhead ....
